This course will combine classroom and gym coaching in physical fitness and weight-training. This class is tailored for the female physique and those who are interested in maximizing their strength and fitness gains thru enhanced Nutrition, Supplementation, Recuperation, Work-Out Design, and learning the Mechanics of Lifting for Maximum Results. This class will involve classroom and practical application within the gym facility.
