The Saint Paul Police Professional Development Institute (PDI) is co-sponsoring with Christine Bongiovanni-Stiff and Officer Jeff Stiff of SPPD a 2-day course in ENHANCED FITNESS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.
This class combines classroom and gym coaching in physical fitness and weight-training. It will cover Nutrition, Supplementation, Recuperation, Work-Out Design, and the Mechanics of Lifting for Maximum Results. The class will involve classroom and practical application within the gym facility. This class is designed for all individuals that consistently participate in fitness and weight training who want to get back to the basics and shake up their ideas about what works for them.
