Digging Deeper into Contest Prep


These seminar form a series to help guide athletes planning on participating in a Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure or Bikini competition through their contest prep. Christine will go more in depth about changes that need to be made to diet and training. There is a seminar for 8 weeks, 4 weeks and 1 week out from the contest as well as a post contest seminar to help transition into the off season.

Each seminar has an optional 30 minutes-1 hour posing practice session afterwards for an additional $15-20, based on division. You may choose to attend just the seminar, just the posing practice or both.

Digging Deeper into Contest Prep I

Get more detailed information on contest prep. We will concentrate on 8 weeks out prep but anyone prepping for a show is welcome! Seminar includes checking bodyfat, going over the changes needed to keep losing bodyfat and time to discuss and answer athletes specific questions.

  • 1/2 hour-1 hour checking bodyfat
  • 1/2 hour going over changes that should be made to diet & training
  • 1/2 hour answering questions

Wear shorts or suit bottom and suit top or bra top (women) that will allow us to measure all skin folds to best determine body fat. To address the individual athletes diet and training questions, attendees must have a recorded diet history.

*$30 registration required, limited attendance

Seminar includes checking bodyfat, going over last week specifics and time to discuss and answer athletes specific questions as well as posing if time allows.

  • 1/2 hour going over changes that should be made
  • 1/2 hour answering questions

Digging Deeper into Contest Prep IV: Post Contest

This is a new addition to the Digging Deeper into Contest Prep series, you do not need to have attended previous seminars in the series to attend. A few weeks post contest, we will get together again to discuss diet and training techniques for the off season that will improve your contest physique. For those that have attended the previous seminars leading up to the show, this will act as a post contest consult. Whether you have just competed, are new to the sport or just want to get the most out of your gym time, this seminar will offer you valuable information.
